万科上半年营收下滑1%

　　房企“标杆”万科上半年的营业收入和净资产收益率同比出现下降。万科总裁郁亮表示，下半年经营环境可能会好于上半年。

　　万科发布的半年报显示，上半年销售面积和销售金额同比分别增长14.6%和20.6%，增速相对于去年有明显下降。万科中报的营业收入同比微降1%。

　　对于未来的市场形势，郁亮指出，目前已经出现了一些积极因素，下半年的经营环境可能会好于上半年。
