农行发行利率5.8%首期300亿元二级资本债券

　　昨日，农业银行公告称，300亿元二级资本债券已于8月18日发行完毕。本次债券品种为10年期的固定利率债券，票面利率为5.8%，在第5年末附有前提条件的发行人赎回权。

　　农行称，本次债券是自2013年《商业银行资本管理办法（试行）》正式实施以来，农业银行发行的首期符合巴塞尔Ⅲ标准的资本补充工具。

　　据介绍，本次债券发行总规模为300亿元，全部为10年期固定利率债券，票面利率为5.8%，在第5年末附发行人赎回权。
