　　川投能源（600674）今日发布关于媒体报道相关情况的说明。

　　说明称，2014年8月20日，公司从有关方面获悉，公司控股股东四川省投资集团有限责任公司副董事长赵德胜涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查。赵德胜同时兼任川投能源副董事长和总经理职务。公司生产经营情况正常，该事项对公司不会产生重大影响。公司将密切关注事件的进展情况，及时履行披露义务。
