投行：预期欧央行下周QE或降息

　　德意志银行经济学家Mark Wall和Gilles Moec在昨天发布的报告中指出，预计欧洲央行(ECB)将于9月4日宣布“私营部门的量化宽松（QE）”措施，从而把该行的预测时间从之前的2015年初提前了数月。

　　近期的经济数据疲弱，德拉吉在美国就通胀预期的讲话，足够让他们预期ECB将在未来数月实施更多的定向长期再融资操作(TLTRO)

　　如果9月份没有看到私营部门量化宽松政策，那么此后将很快出台。

　　摩根大通昨天预计ECB下周将减息10个基点，没有QE; 高盛则预计ECB 9月份将维持政策不变，年内推出QE的几率为20%。（新浪）
