　　中国证监会9月1日发布消息，深圳证券交易所当日上午召开干部大会，中国证监会党委书记、主席肖钢在会上宣布了中央和国务院决定：吴利军同志任深圳证券交易所党委书记，提名吴利军同志为深圳证券交易所理事会理事长（副部长级）人选，免去其中国证监会党委委员、主席助理职务；陈东征同志由于年龄原因不再担任深圳证券交易所党委书记、理事长职务。深圳证券交易所已召开第三届理事会第43次会议，按照法定程序选举吴利军为深圳证券交易所理事会理事长。 金讯
