油价下跌让俄罗斯经济雪上加霜

　　受美国决定增加商业原油库存消息的影响，国际油价连续3天下跌。分析人士指出，如果国际市场上油价持续下跌，势必造成俄罗斯财政收入的减少，使未来俄罗斯经济增长面临巨大压力。此外，还可能会导致俄罗斯股票市场产生混乱，大量资本外流。其结果是俄罗斯国内通货膨胀率上升，物价上涨，居民消费需求受到遏制。正是由于俄罗斯财政收入对石油出口的巨大依赖，让美国等西方国家找到了向俄罗斯施压的手段。
