250家上市公司被评为D级

　　中国证券投资者保护基金公司日前发布《2013年度中国上市公司投资者保护状况评价报告》，报告显示投资者对上市公司投资者保护满意度连续三年提升，但250家上市公司被投资者保护评价指标体系评为D级。

　　根据报告，2013年度评级结果为：A类公司318家，占比12.89%；B类公司1504家，占比60.96%；C类395家，占比16.01%；D类250家,占比10.13%。
