长江电力认购中广核电力H股2.78余亿股

　　长江电力12月10日晚间公告，公司子公司长电国际12月10日以2.78港币/股认购中广核电力H股27895.9万股，约占已发行股份的0.63%。认购股份禁售期为自中广核电力H股上市日期后六个月。

　　11月21日，长电国际与中广核电力签署《基石投资协议》，长电国际出资1亿美元参与中广核电力H股IPO股份认购。
