证监会就境外机构从事特定期货交易管理征求意见

　　为了促进期货市场对外开放，加强对境外交易者和境外经纪机构从事境内特定品种期货交易的管理，维护期货市场秩序，保护交易者合法权益，促进期货市场创新发展，根据《期货交易管理条例》及其他有关法律法规，证监会起草了《境外交易者和境外经纪机构从事境内特定品种期货交易管理暂行办法(征求意见稿)》，现向社会公开征求意见。
