万福生科暂解退市风险

　　万福生科3月2日晚间发布公告，预计公司2014年将扭亏为盈，盈利约为705.21万元，暂解退市风险。

　　公告称，因2012年度和2013年度连续两年亏损，若公司2014年度继续亏损，公司股票将可能自公司2014年年度报告披露后被暂停上市。不过，本次业绩预测是公司财务初步测算的结果，未经注册会计师审计，公司2014年度业绩的具体财务数据将在本公司2014年度报告中详细披露。
