证监会发布公募基金参与沪港通交易指引

　　证监会27日新闻发布会表示，证监会公布公开募集证券投资资金参与沪港通的指引，该指引自发布之日起实行。此次发布的指引是根据证券投资基金法等法律法规进行的，指引共十条，对基金参与沪港通的风险管理、内控制度进行了管理，明确基金管理人可以募集新基金投资香港股票，无需具备QDII资格；之前已注册的基金应根据基金约定情况参与沪港通；要求基金合同要遵守规定；强调基金参与沪港通的信披工作；明确基金管理人的决策制度和风险决策要求。
