兴蓉投资拟收购沃特特种公司100%股权

　　兴蓉投资（000598）4月3日晚公告，董事会同意公司全资子公司安科公司通过摘牌方式对集团公司下属的成都市沃特特种工程有限责任公司（以下简称“沃特特种公司”）100%股权进行收购。

　　收购沃特特种公司，有助于安科公司扩大经营范围，增加其在管道安装、施工、维修、防腐、顶管工程、防腐设备制造、销售等方面的业务，有助于安科公司形成新的利润增长点，提升市场竞争实力。

　　兴蓉集团下属汇锦公司于2015年3月6日在西南联合交易所公开挂牌出让沃特特种公司100%股权，挂牌价1516.00万元。
