中国信达成功发行30亿美元债券

　　信达资产管理公司日前通过其子公司于境外成功在其中期票据计划下发行30亿美元债券。其中5年期债券13亿美元，年利率3.125%；10年期债券17亿美元， 年利率4.25%。

　　据发行承销团统计，在同业历次发行的同年期债券中，本次发行的利率和息差均为最低。

　　中国信达是截至目前市场上唯一一家通过144A规则发行债券的境内金融资产管理公司。中国信达表示，本次债券的成功发行有助于进一步改善集团整体的资产负债结构，并为海外业务发展提供有力支持。
