18城市房价环比上涨 楼市或现“慢牛”走势

　　18日，国家统计局公布4月份70个大中城市住宅销售价格变动情况。数据显示，4月份房价环比上涨的城市个数继续增加，一线城市房价全面反弹，楼市回暖明显。与上月相比，70个大中城市中，价格下降的城市有48个，上涨的城市有18个，持平的城市有4个。业内人士分析认为，随着利好政策的不断释放，楼市或现 “慢牛”走势。图为山东青岛即将发布的一商业地产沙盘。
