证监会批准三一重工公开发行45亿元可转债

　　中国经济网北京5月21日讯 三一重工（600031）昨日晚间发布公告称，证监会发审委审核通过了该公司公开发行不超过45亿元可转换公司债券的申请。

　　据中国经济网记者了解，证监会发审委系在2015年第105次发行审核委员会工作会议对三一重工公开发行不超过人民币45亿元可转换公司债券的申请进行审核。根据会议审核结果，三一重工本次公开发行可转换公司债券的申请获得通过。三一重工本次公开发行可转换公司债券尚需取得证监会正式核准文件。
