沃尔核材控股股东两天套现7.14亿元

　　沃尔核材（002130）今日公告披露，公司控股股东、实际控制人周和平于5月20日~21日通过深交所大宗交易系统减持公司2847万股，占公司总股本的5%。按披露的减持价格计算，周和平两天套现7.14亿元。

　　减持后，周和平仍持有沃尔核材2.11亿股，占公司总股本的37.01%，仍为公司控股股东和实际控制人，其不排除未来继续减持公司股份的可能。

　　根据此前公告，周和平拟自5月20日起6个月内减持沃尔核材股份的比例将达到或超过5%。（刘磊）
