　　本报讯 金亚科技（300028）6月4日晚间公告称，公司6月4日收到证监会《调查通知书》。因公司涉嫌证券违法违规，证监会决定对公司进行立案调查。

　　二级市场上，6月4日，金亚科技尾盘涨停。公司股价自2015年以来累计涨幅达335.45%。
