证监会提醒投资者不信谣不传谣

　　证监会新闻发言人张晓军5日表示，资本市场是基于信息发现的价格市场，虚假误导性信息必然扭曲了市场的价格信号，侵害投资者合法权益，影响资本市场的功能发挥，随着股指的不断走高，市场对信息高度敏感，一些不法分子通过捏造虚假信息引发市场大幅波动，证监会在前期线索分析布控的基础上，专门针对虚假误导性信息集中部署的典型违法案件，将组织专门稽查力量依法打击。

　　张晓军提醒投资者不信谣不传谣，不盲从，切实加强保护。
