百圆裤业今起更名“跨境通”

　　昨晚，百圆裤业公告称，经公司申请，并经深交所核准，公司证券简称自今日起由“百圆裤业”变更为“跨境通”，公司证券代码不变。

　　百圆裤业称，鉴于公司收购环球易购的重大资产重组事项已于2014年11月完成，以及公司陆续在跨境电商行业进行的投资，公司的主营业务构成已由单一的裤装营销发展到互联网跨境电子商务领域，跨境电商行业的收入已成为公司收入的重要来源。未来公司将逐步优化产业结构，其中，跨境电商是公司未来发展的重点领域，故决定对公司名称和简称进行变更。
