证监会：首发企业将出现大面积中止审查情况不实

　　中国经济网北京6月26日讯（记者 向婷）今日，中国证监会召开新闻发布会。针对市场传言，新闻发言人张晓军表示，首发企业将出现大面积中止审查的情况不属实。证监会在5月22日发布了发行监管问答，明确原《发行监管问答——关于首次公开发行股票中止审查的情形》中“发行人申请文件中记载的财务资料已过有效期”需中止审查的规定不再执行。初审会、发审会及正式刊登招股意向书时，发行人的财务资料应在有效期（含1个月延长期）内。
