8月外汇占款再创最大单月降幅央行降准预期又增加

　　中国8月金融机构外汇占款大幅减少7238亿元，刷新7月创下的历史最大单月降幅记录，且为连续第三个月环比下降。中国央行数据显示，8月末金融机构外汇占款环比下降7238.36亿元，至28.18万亿元。

　　分析人士认为，外汇占款规模减少意味着，7月份的基础货币缺口更大。回顾以往央行降准的节奏，外汇占款的下降都是很重要的触发因素。 金文
