证监会：拟修订首次公开发行股票并上市管理办法

　　中国经济网北京11月6日讯 据证监会微博消息,证监会发布关于《首次公开发行股票并上市管理办法(征求意见稿)》公开征求意见的通知。

　　通知指出,为推进股票发行注册制改革,落实以信息披露为中信的审核理念,证监会拟对《首次公开发行股票并上市管理办法》进行修订。
