证监会对一宗编造虚假信息案作出行政处罚

　　中国经济网北京1月15日讯（记者向婷）今日，中国证监会新闻发言人邓舸表示，证监会依法打击编造传播虚假信息的行为，对一宗编造虚假信息案做出行政处罚，对当事人做出15万元罚款。

　　邓舸表示，投资者要增强对网络信息的辨识能力，要抵制造谣传谣的行为，任何人在网络上发布涉及资本市场的信息，都不应制造恐慌，影响市场机制的正常运行。证监会将加大对各类编造传播虚假信息案件的打击力度。
