证监会：对两宗信息披露违法违规案作出行政处罚

　　中国经济网北京3月25日讯（记者 向婷）今日，中国证监会召开新闻发布会。新闻发言人邓舸表示，证监会派出机构对两宗信息披露违法违规案作出行政处罚。其中，荣丰控股、多伦股份遭点名。

　　邓舸还表示，证监会将持续对信息披露违法违规行为保持高压态势，保护投资者合法权益。
