完美环球5日起停牌 拟筹划购买资产事项

　　中国证券网讯 完美环球7月4日晚间公告称，公司正在筹划购买资产事项，目前该事项正在进行研究和论证。根据有关规定，经向深圳证券交易所申请，公司股票自7月5日（星期二）开市起停牌，公司预计在10个交易日披露相关事项后复牌，或相关事项经论证属于重大资产重组事项则转入重大资产重组程序。
