证监会：上市公司并购重组委完成换届

　　中国经济网北京7月8日讯（记者 向婷）今日，中国证监会召开新闻发布会。证监会发言人张晓军表示，第五届上市公司并购重组委委员任期届满。证监会决定聘任35人为第六届并购重组委委员，均为兼职委员。
