凯撒股份今起更名凯撒文化

　　凯撒股份（002425）9月13日晚公告，经公司申请，并经深交所核准，自2016年9月14 日起，公司中文证券简称由“凯撒股份”变更为“凯撒文化”，公司证券代码不变，仍为“002425”。

　　至于证券简称变更的原因，公告称，根据公司向互联网泛娱乐转型的战略规划，构建以精品IP为核心的互联网娱乐生态体系，通过游戏行业并购，以移动互联网和优质版权为依托，全面布局“泛娱乐”战略的目标，公司董事会决定对公司名称及证券简称进行变更。
