　　美的集团(000333)9月20日晚间披露要约收购库卡集团进展公告，截至北京时间2016年9月17日，美的集团本次要约收购库卡关于巴西反垄断审查的交割条件已经获得满足，要约收购库卡集团获巴西反垄断审查通过。此次要约收购尚需通过欧盟、墨西哥的反垄断审查以及美国外资投资委员会和国防贸易管制理事会审查。
