金冠电气：拟收购标的涉足新能源汽车充电领域

　　因筹划重大事项已于2016年9月14日开市起停牌，并于同日发布了《重大事项停牌公告》。经金冠电气及有关各方论证，上述事项已经构成重大资产重组。

　　金冠电气11月9日晚公告，本次交易的标的资产为标的公司全部或部分股权，拟收购的标的资产主要从事新能源汽车充电设施的建设与运营服务、智能电表及用电信息采集系统的研发、生产与销售。截至本公告披露日，中介机构对标的资产的尽职调查仍在进行中，对交易标的的审计、评估工作正在有序推进。
