证监会对8宗案件作出行政处罚

　　中国经济网北京12月23日讯 （记者 向婷） 今日，中国证监会召开新闻发布会。证监会发言人张晓军表示，证监会对8宗案件作出行政处罚。其中包括：4宗信息披露违法违规案、1宗信息披露违法违规及从业人员信息误导案、1宗中介机构违法违规案、2宗证券从业人员违法买卖股票案。皇台酒业、锐奇股份、深华发、安硕信息、雪峰科技等遭点名。

　　张晓军表示，将不断加强对市场主体信息披露的监管，净化资本市场环境，保障资本市场长期健康规范发展。
