世纪天鸿创业板IPO获批 ：计划募资2.04亿 首创证券保荐

　　证监会上周五发布的消息显示，山东世纪天鸿文教科技股份有限公司(以下简称“世纪天鸿”)获IPO批文，保荐机构为首创证券。

　　公开资料显示，世纪天鸿主营业务是助学读物的策划、设计、制作与发行。此前披露的招股书显示，世纪天鸿拟于深交所创业板公开发行不超过2335万股，计划募集资金2.04亿元，用于内容策划与图书发行项目、营销网络建设项目等。

　　证监会7月26日披露的《创业板发审委2017年第60次会议审核结果公告》显示，世纪天鸿首发申请获通过。
