证监会：圣达威私募债违约案结果公布 终审维持原判

　　经济日报-中国经济网北京11月3日讯 （记者 马先震） 今日，证监会召开例行新闻发布会。证监会新闻发言人高莉通报，首例私募债欺诈发行（圣达威私募债违约案）审判结果发布，贵阳中级人民法院作出维持原判驳回上诉的决定，此裁定为终审裁定。

　　高莉指出，证监会将会对私募交易继续贯彻依法全面从严监管，加强对债券市场违法违规行为的打击力度，积极配合司法机关，严厉打击非法发行债券行为。
