中国重工：发行股份购买资产方案获国资委批复

　　中国重工(601989)11月8日晚间公告，公司收到国务院国资委的批复，原则同意公司本次发行股份购买资产的总体方案。公司本次发行股份购买资产暨关联交易事项尚需提交公司股东大会审议通过，并需获得证监会核准后方可实施，公司正在积极推进相关工作。
