央行征求意见：黄金积存业务仅限银行开办

　　近日央行金融市场司再次起草下发《关于征求黄金资产管理业务有关事项通知(征求意见稿)》，明确黄金积存业务仅限银行业存款类金融机构开办。代理销售黄金积存产品的金融机构和互联网机构不得提供黄金账户、清算、结算、交割等服务。
