保利地产上半年签约金额2245.36亿元同比下降11.12%

　　中国网财经7月9日讯保利地产昨日晚间公布销售情况简报，宣布公司6月实现签约面积440.50万平方米，同比增加7.54%；实现签约金额688.53亿元，同比增加8.15%。

　　数据显示，今年上半年保利地产共实现签约面积1492.24万平方米，同比下降8.81%；实现签约金额2245.36亿元，同比下降11.12%。

　　克而瑞研究中心发布的报告显示，截至6月末，保利地产的销售额排名第四，前三名分别是碧桂园、万科A、融创中国。早在2017年，保利地产曾提出“重回前三”的目标，但这一心愿仍未达成。
