招行认沽权证价值为零 专家提醒投资者切勿再行权

    招行CMP1认沽权证(580997)已于8月24日停止交易，8月27日至8月31日为原设定的行权期，但由于该权证价值为零，因此专家提醒投资者切勿行权。

    由于招行CMP1权证是认沽权证，行权的含义是指投资者每持有1份“招行CMP1”认沽权证，有权在行权期内按5.45元的价格向招行CMP1权证发行人出售1股“招商银行”A股股票。投资者应特别注意，招行CMP1权证是认沽权证，不是认购权证，所以不可能按5.45元的价格买入招行股票。

    以8月24日招行A股收盘价39.04元为例，投资者一旦以5.45元行权，每股将产生30多元的亏损。

    发行招行CMP1认沽权证的初衷，是基于当时市场还较低迷，发行人对持有招行股票的投资者提供一种在A股下跌时起到保护作用的一种衍生产品。即当招行A股下跌至行权价以下时，可按照行权价卖出招行A股。但自从2006年以来，股市持续上涨，招行A股价格已上涨至近40元，如果投资者将招行CMP1当认购权证行权，将产生较大损失。582997是行权代码，其买卖方向是“买入”，这里的“买入”其实就是指“行权”，并不是指可买入招行A股。
