    一是基金折价率持续拓展。在近两个交易日，基金指数明显弱于上证指数，从而使得基金的折价率持续放大，敏感分析人士认为，这其实隐含着主流资金对A股市场未来走势不乐观的预期。二是认购权证的折价率也迭创新高。而理论上，在牛市行情中，认购权证可看作是正股价格的看涨期权，应该是溢价交易，但五粮液的认购权证折价率一直保持在10%以上。因此，敏感的业内人士就推测，这可能隐含着机构资金对五粮液未来股价走势的不乐观预期。三是认沽权证出现暴涨，折射出有资金对大盘的后续走势不乐观。
