    近期人民币汇率出现加速升值的趋势，在节前最后一个交易周更是跌破7.35、7.34、7.33、7.32、7.31等重要整数阻力关口，从而为银行股、地产股、航空运输股等人民币资产股注入了强劲的做多动能。

    而且，由于时间已进入2008年，意味着银行信贷紧张程度出现一定松动，人民币资产股的确有望在2008年新年出现新的上升行情。故建议投资者密切关注银行股、地产股以及航空运输股，尤其是地产股中的预收账款充沛的品种。
