西安饮食:澄清海航收购传闻

    近日，有消息传出：海航即将收购西安饮食。就此事和讯网连线西安饮食股份有限公司。公司证券部人士对和讯网表示：公司已经发布澄清公告。经公司向控股股东西安旅游集团有限责任公司函询，证实西安旅游集团没有与任何机构和个人就转让公司股权事宜进行过接触，也没有对公司股权进行转让的计划。网上传闻没有任何事实依据。

    公司目前生产经营活动一切正常，不存在应披露而未披露的影响公司股票价格波动的重大事项。
