邵铭高:次按事件刚开始 数年才能完结

    《香港经济日报》引述汇丰银行前行政总裁邵铭高(MichaelSmith)表示，对於次按风暴并不感到惊讶，而且由次按引发的事件才刚刚开始，估计需要好几年的时间才能完结。

    他表示这亦是金融发展的重要一站，成为国际察觉亚洲市场重要性的「醒觉点(awarenesspoint)」；他同时警告亚洲资产价格已经太高，盈利能力未必能追上价格升幅，投资者要小心注意。

    邵铭高表示，银行或金融系统不会受到破坏，因为它们运作畅顺，但对冲基金则可能会承受不住，相信市场会有不少死伤，银行亦有需要小心衡量交易对手风险；值得庆幸的是，信贷市场可望由过去几年「不正常」的宽松情况，回复到较「正常」的局面。
