中铝母公司拟斥300亿元扩张铜业务 中铝曾涨37%

    据《南华早报》引述中国铝业(2600-HK)董事长肖亚庆表示，母公司中国铝业(资讯行情论坛)公司将於未来几年，投资逾300亿元人民币扩张铜业务。

    他表示，中铝期待在年底前宣布更多铜业务相关交易，该原铝和氧化铝制造商刚以8.6亿美元收购了PeruCopperInc.，还宣布准备收购云南铜业约49%股权。

    肖亚庆表示，中铝公司将主要倚赖内部资源、银行贷款及债券来为铜业项目融资。

    中铝今早持续炒上，曾升至22.3元新高，大涨37%；新报20.2元，仍涨24.5%，成交达15.93亿元。
