大同机械:子公司A股上市无时间表

    大同机械(0118.HK)执行董事兼行政总裁黄耀明昨日表示，该公司持有42%股权的深圳浩宁达仪表正进行A股上市前的上市辅导，辅导工作已接近完成，但何时才可在深圳A股挂牌，仍是未知之数。不过，选择在A股上市的部分原因是因为A股市场的平均市盈率高于港股市场。

    资料显示，深圳浩宁达仪表股份有限公司成立于1994年，主要从事电工仪器仪表、微电子及元器件领域的科研、开发、生产、销售和服务等。而大同机械现有主要业务包括制造工业机械，生产塑胶制品及销售机械和工业用的消耗品等。

    大同机械日前公布了今年中期业绩，上半年取得纯利至4061万港元，同比增长81.85%，每股盈利0.0574港元，公司昨日在香港召开了中期业绩说明会。

    黄耀明表示，虽然市场预期工业机械的产品需求略有放缓，公司的订单情况没有太大困难，目前有关业务手头订单总值约3亿港元。不过，公司会继续面对成本上升压力，包括人民币升值，以及工资上调的影响，而钢材价格上涨也有影响。
