葛洲坝:股东减持股份

    葛洲坝(600068)公告，自2007年5月17日公司有限售条件的流通股上市流通日开始至2007年8月10日期间，交通银行共出售公司股份914.7万股(占公司总股本的0.87%)，其中交通银行海南分行出售股份853万股，交通银行武汉分行出售股份61.7万股。本次减持后，交通银行仍持有公司股份5192.3万股(占公司总股本的4.94%)，其中海南交行持有公司无限售条件的流通股4405万股、有限售条件的流通股742万股；武汉交行持有公司无限售条件的流通股45.3万股。同时，公司接中国证监会通知，中国证监会重组委员会将于2007年8月14日审核公司换股吸收合并中国葛洲坝水利水电工程集团有限公司的申请，公司股票于当日停牌一天，审核结果将于2007年8月15日另行公告。
