金发科技:收购高鑫75%股权

    金发科技今日公告，公司董事会审议同意公司收购广州高金技术产业集团有限公司持有的长沙高鑫房地产开发有限公司75%股权。经协商，双方以该部分股权对应的高鑫公司净资产42517034.09元为定价依据，并考虑到高鑫公司所开发楼盘的升值潜力，约定转让价款为6000万元。
