江西水泥:遭控股股东减持

    江西水泥(000789)公告，公司日前收到惟一持有公司5%以上股份的控股股东江西水泥有限责任公司通知，截至2007年8月27日，控股股东通过深交所挂牌出售公司股份1178.3万股，占公司总股本的3.46%。

    控股股东原持有公司有限售条件股份196,85万股，占公司总股本的57.812%，其中的1702.5万股于2007年8月9日可上市流通。本次减持后，控股股东尚持有公司18506.7万股股份，占公司总股本的54.35%，其中已获准流通股份数524.2万股，占公司总股本的1.54%。
