韶能股份:大资金介入 挑战前高

    近日盘面显示，主流资金对具有垄断经营特点的公用事业行业个股依然情有独钟，电力股潜力依然看好。

    为了实现节能降耗的目标，“十一五”期间，电力工业将实现新的战略目标，小型火力电力企业被大量裁减，此举将对作为可再生的水力发电企业构成利好。前期公司成功向5名特定投资者发行股份14100万股，募集资金净额48083万元，其中深圳市能源集团认购7500万股，同时，与深圳市能源集团有限公司签订了关于建立长期战略联盟合作关系的协议，战略引进深能源。公司依托深能源的整体实力和资本运作的能力，未来有望实现自身水电业务的飞跃。

    另外，公司电价日前刚被上调，并且加入到CDM环保行业，使其未来业绩增长有保障。周一该股成交明显放大，大资金介入明显，后市有望挑战前期高点。(越声理财向进)
