新湖中宝:转型地产 调整充分

    从近期资金流向看，沉寂了一段时间的地产板块再度出击，万科A、保利地产和金地集团等地产股展开大反攻，成为市场关注的焦点所在。

    新湖中宝在完成重大资产重组后，主营业务顺利实现了战略转型，形成了以房地产开发为主导的经营架构和业务布局，同时，近期公司公告称，董事会审议通过以增资形式注入下属房地产子公司议案，通过注入房地产资产，公司有望逐步在地产市场占据重要地位。此外，公司还具备参股金融概念，公司与盛京银行股份有限公司签订合同，以增资方式认购盛京银行股份3亿股，有利于增强公司的经营能力和盈利潜力。

    作为一只经过充分回调的地产股，近期股价在60日均线附近明显得到支撑，“早晨之星”的短期反弹行情有望启动。(深圳芙浪特)
