    太工天成今日公告称，近日，山西宏展担保以总额9253.89万元受让山晋商贸所转让的无限售条件公司股份、2007年11月10日可上市交易的有限售条件公司股份以及2008年11月10日可上市交易的有限售条件公司股份；久立科技以总额9950.29万元受让山晋商贸所转让的无限售条件公司股份、2007年11月10日可上市交易的有限售条件公司股份。

    转让完成后，宏展担保将成为公司第二大股东；久立科技将成为公司第三大股东；山晋商贸将不再持有公司股份。
