    中材国际600970)公告，近日公司子公司苏州中材建设有限公司和越南DONG BANH CEMENGT J.COMPANY签署了日产2500吨熟料水泥生产线总承包合同，合同金额为41,547,221美元和234,090,124,000越南盾越南盾对美元的汇率为：16084：1),合计为56,101,444美元。合同工期为自收到业主第一笔预付款起22个月。

    该项目位于越南谅山省芝陵县芝陵镇，合同范围包括工程设计、设备采购与供货、土建工程、建设安装、调试和人员培训等。
