广宇发展:4500万股权挂牌征受让方

    广宇发展昨日接到公司第二大股东天津南开戈德集团的告知函，该公司持有的公司4500万股限售流通股将遭司法处置，公开挂牌征寻受让方。

    公司今日公告称，天津市高级人民法院已对上述股权进行了评估，评估价格为24840万元，折合每股5.52元。天津市高级人民法院委托天津产权交易中心于今日起对上述股权公开挂牌征寻受让人，挂牌价格以评估价格为准，挂牌期限按国家相关规定为20个工作日，再通过拍卖的形式确定最终买受人及最终的成交价格。
